Nico Slater, NASM CPT
Born and raised in Central Florida, Mr. Slater has a passion for motorcycles and training MMA. Mr. Slater is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of weightlifting experience. With a background that spans from bodybuilding, professional baseball, fighting MMA. Mr. Slater has a deep understanding of performance, conditioning, and injury-aware training allowing him to help his clients reach their goals. Specializing in fat loss and muscle gain Mr. Slater is ready to support you start building the strongest version of yourself.
